This course will show you that law, and the courts, have always said federal taxes are voluntary and will show you how to transition from a taxpayer to a legal non-taxpayer and upon course completion you will be provided all of the necessary documents to provide proper notice of your decision to no longer volunteer to be treated as a taxpayer. The prepared documents are sent to you via the U.S. Postal Service. Once the proper notifications have been made, the IRS will no longer have jurisdiction nor will they attempt to tax you. They are fully aware of why the Supreme Court said "Congress does not even presume to have authority over a non-taxpayer ". You will also learn how to go back and recover everything you have paid into income tax, including FICA over the past few years. Yes, FICA is a federal tax. You will be given a notice that you can provide to your employer, or future employer(s) to ensure they are not withholding taxes from your earnings once you make the transition.
